" Whilst this is the first item I've ever bought from TGS,this is to let you know I've been greatly impressed with the friendly/helpfull level of service I've received and to thank those who were involved. The gas fire was received earlier today and although it was very much earlier than expected I'm certainly not complaining. You're all a credit to TGS.

I RANG YOU AND YOU OFFERED ME GOOD ADVICE TO TRY THE FAULTY REGULATOR ON A NEW BOTTLE, THIS DIDNT WORK AND YOU SENT ME A NEW REGULATOR THE NEXT DAY ,NO QUESTIONS ASKED. Hi Jimmy & Dennis, I just wanted to take the time to thank you for your help. Yesterday I ordered 2 of these heaters which, after a small problem with the courier service, I received today. After unpacking them and connecting them to newly filled gas bottles, I was only able to get one of the heaters to work. However, a quick phonecall to you, and Jimmy was able to give me a few pointers as to how to fix the problem. Unfortunately his suggestion didn't solve the problem, so another quick phonecall and a conversation with Dennis and - result! I now have 2 working gas heaters, thankfully, without having to repack and return any of them, especially as I live in South Wales. Anyway, thank you again for your speedy delivery and your helpfulness over the phone with my problems. It has been a pleasure doing business with you.

Hello Jimmy, We recently (September) purchased a Provence calor stove from you which turned out to have a dodgy control which jammed between '2' and '3'. You very kindly arranged packaging and an uplift as well as a no quibble refund which I see has been credited to my account as planned.
