Fabsil is a highly effective silicone-based water repellent treatment for all kinds of outdoor kit. It will bond to a wide range of fabrics including canvas, cotton, polyester and nylon producing a strong, waterproof barrier against rain.
The UV treatment will prevent fading and fabric degradation caused by UV rays.Instructions for use: Fabsil is unsuitable for painted leather, glued seams and plastic coated fabrics including mudwalling, groundsheeting and vinyl windows. If cleaning is necessary use Fabsil Universal Cleaner. Do not use detergents or wetting agents. Erect tents etc for treatment and protect grass and tarmac from splashes. Apply to clean, dry fabric with a new paintbrush or coarse spray. To ensure a uniform finish treat all of the article and maintain a "wet edge". Immediately after application rub treated fabric with a clean cloth and allow around 6 hours drying time. Rain and dew must not contact treated materials until the proofing has dried. 1 litre of Fabsil will cover up to 18sq metres of nylon, 7.5sq metres of light weight or 5 sq metres of medium weight canvas. An average light weight 2 person nylon tent is approx 6 square metres.

We will refund or credit any item returned within 7 days of purchase if it has been damaged in transit or the wrong item has been dispatched, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. If any item is returned because of being faulty, and after inspected is found to be in perfect order then carriage costs would be paid by the customer.
