Missing, damaged or incomplete orders

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours quoting your order number and detailing the problem with your items.

Refunds/Returns & Exchanges 

We will refund or credit any item returned within 7 days of purchase if it has been damaged in transit or the wrong item has been dispatched, providing the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Personalized garments cannot be exchanged unless faulty.

Manufacturers Guarantee

All our goods have a 12 month manufactures guarantee

Please return the faulty item's with the receipt and we'll usually be able to repair it for you. If we can't offer a repair, we'll usually give you a replacement. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Claims for damage to goods must be noted at the time of delivery and notified to TGS in writing within 3 days of delivery to you. Goods returned will be accepted entirely at TGS discretion within 30 days of delivery to you provided that they are returned unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging. You must contact us for authorization to return goods on our Customer Services Return Line 0191 454 7244. Any goods returned to TGS without authorization or which are not in the condition set out above will be rejected and returned to you at your cost. TGS reserves the right to charge an administration fee on all returns.

Where goods do not appear in a TGS publication (including but not limited to our catalog, brochure, leaflet or website) and are specially ordered for you, TGS will only accept the return of the goods if they are defective and returned within 30 days of delivery to you. This also applies to goods that have been embroidered and goods that have been customized.

Please note we reserve the right to charge a 15% re-stocking fee on all returned non faulty items
