Instructions for use
General notes: Please respect safety data sheet ad instructions for use. Reaction times and results depend on different factors. Practical tests with sample parts should be carried out to define the optimum parameters.
Preparation: Remove oil,grease,welding spray, coatings and adhesives.
Application: Apply evenly in a coating of approx. 2 min.
Reaction time: 30 to 120 minutes at an optimum ambient temperature between 22 to 25 degrees when using derustit 4020. Please consider loss of brilliance of +/- 10 degrees, reaction time may be halved or doubled.
Further treatment: thoroughly rinse treated parts with water until ringsing water is neutral and surfaces are acid-free.
Please note: Use water with a hardness of < 10 degrees dH in order to minimize water stains and lime residues!
Additional notes: Do not use at high temperatures or under direct sunlight.

When can I expect my goods to be delivered?
If we receive your order before 3pm (GMT) and your items are in stock, we will dispatch the same day! Delivery can then be expected next day for mainland UK. Please note, due to occasional problems with electronic systems, delays may occur in TGS receiving orders via email or the website, and this may affect delivery.
RETURNS:
We will refund or credit any item returned within 7 days of delivery if it has been damaged in transit or the wrong item has been dispatched, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. If any item is returned because of being faulty, and after inspected is found to be in perfect order then carriage costs would be paid by the customer.
Our courier (DPD) will attempt to deliver your order on 2 separate occasions. An email and text will be sent with the tracking details with an approximate time of the delivery, should your order still remain undelivered because you are not available to receive, it well then be automatically returned to us via DPD. In this case, the cost of the delivery will be bourn by the customer.
Please note we reserve the right to charge a 15% re-stocking fee on all returned non faulty items
Please note: If you have ordered a length of any kind of hose, this is cut to size as per a customers order and therefore, cannot be refunded.
